The device uses molecular sieve membranes for deep dehydration of dichloromethane. The annual processing capacity is 4000 tons, the raw material water content is 0.2%, and the product water content is required to be less than 200ppm. The temperature increase operation is not allowed to avoid dechlorination. In September 2019, the device was successfully started, the water content of the methylene chloride product met the contract requirements, and the equipment continued to operate steadily. This project is the first successful case of molecular sieve membrane used for the deep dehydration of organic substances in the international scope.
