This device uses molecular sieve membrane for methanol dehydration, with an annual processing capacity of 7,600 tons, raw material water content of 20-45%, which contains 2-5% formaldehyde, the product water content is required to be less than 2%, the methanol water content of the permeate is less than 1%, formaldehyde The content is less than 200ppm. In December 2018, the unit was successfully started for the first time. The water content of the methanol product was less than 1%, and the permeate index was better than the contract requirements. This project is the first successful case of molecular sieve membrane used for methanol dehydration internationally.
